Payment is due at the time services are rendered (ie: payment must be made upon drop-off for boarding, NOT upon pick up).
Payments may be made in cash, or via PayPal or credit card. There is a 2.9% fee if paying via credit card. Please let me know right away if you want to pay via credit card so I can send an invoice.
Regular, daily walks must be paid at the beginning of the week, in full. Monthly payment is also an option, for a discount.
If payment is not made, services WILL NOT be rendered.
Dog Behavior Policies:
House Training: Since we try to allow pets to have free range in the house, all dogs, except puppies, must be house trained. If they are not, we ask that they come with a kennel if possible. Untrained puppies do incur an extra fee.
Biting: If your dog has ever bitten anyone, please DO NOT bring him or her into our home. Our insurance forbids it, and we also have children.
Other Dogs: We understand that dogs are always going to take awhile to get used to each other. So, we don't mind a little bit of grumpy interaction between our girl and your dog(s). However, if your dog has a proven history of absolutely not getting along with other dogs, especially smaller dogs, then our home is probably not the right place for your pet. We will be happy to do drop-ins at your home, though!
Children: This is of the utmost importance! We have a 4 year old and a 9 year old. They are used to strange animals in the house. In fact, they pretty much ignore them completely. But they are still kids. They still get loud and rambunctious. If your pet does not do well with loudness, or small people running around, or has had bad experiences with children in the past, this may not be the best boarding option for you and your pet.
We want our dogs, cat, and children to be safe - but we also want your dog or cat to feel comfortable and be happy while you are gone!
